Admissions to the School

We warmly welcome all prospective families to visit our school. Please call our school office, or e-mail if you prefer, to make an appointment to come and see us.

At Cavendish Church of England Primary School the number of children admitted per year group is 15.

We follow the County Council criteria for the selection of pupils including oversubscription criteria.

Applications for admission to the school are handled by the Local Authority, Suffolk County Council.

In the event of over subscription there is an Appeal Panel.

Applications for the school year 2021/2022

For parents and carers of pre-school children who were born between 1 September 2016 and 31 August 2017 - Applications for a full time school place in primary school, for September 2021, must be received by the admissions team by the closing date,  Friday 15th January 2021.
