Mental Health Week & Big Birdwatch
This week during KS1 PE lessons we discussed how exercise and being outside helps to encourage good Mental Health. We were fortunate enough to see and feel some warm sunshine (lovely) and encouraged children to acknowledge how this makes them feel. Children in KS2 also explored different activities to help their wellbeing, such as mindfulness and Art. 
All the children spent time in the school grounds taking note of the birds they saw as part of the Big School Bird Watch.
