School Uniform
Our main uniform colours are red sweatshirts/jumpers/cardigans, white shirts or polos, black/grey trousers/skirts/shorts/pinafore dresses. Red gingham dresses are optional for warmer weather.
School shoes black.
For PE red t-shirts with black PE shorts and plimsolls/trainers. In colder weather plain black/grey or navy tracksuits/joggers & sweatshirts can also be worn.
Children will also require welly boots for Fresh Air Friday and Forest Schools and for access onto the school field in poor weather, this can get rather soggy and muddy.
For PE children in years 1-6 will come to school in their PE kit and remain in it for the duration of the school day, a factor to consider with regards to comfort.
Children in Reception Class (Mars) will keep their kit at school for the week (home at weekends for washing) and get changed in school as part of their independent changing and self-care, as defined in their Early Learning Outcomes.
Uniform can be purchased from the school, sweatshirts/polo shirts/PE shirts and sun hats are available with the school logo. As are PE bags and Bookbags. We endeavour to keep costs as affordable as possible.
You are also free to purchase uniform from other sources, keeping to school colours. Most local outlets sell a variety of red jumpers/sweatshirts and or cardigans.
Our PTFA community also sell good quality second hand uniform at very low prices.

Please Please Please label your items of school clothing, permanent pen is ideal or a name label. Remember every Red Jumper/sweatshirt/cardigan is Red.. and although children have a canny ability to be able to 'sniff' out each others jumpers, this is not a concrete solution...
