Under the Weather Form

We know that sometimes children may feel a little under the weather but are still well enough to attend school.

Our Under the Weather Form allows parents and carers to let us know how their child is feeling, whether they have had any medication and if they might need a little extra care or reassurance during the school day.

The form can be completed electronically and emailed to school, or printed and handed in.

It's just another way we can work together to ensure every child feels happy, safe and supported at Cavendish.
